Renewal of prescription medicines without an in-person appointment

For regular patients who have already been prescribed medication and whose treatment is stable, we offer the option of renewing their prescriptions without the need to visit the clinic in person. This service is particularly convenient for those who simply need a prescription renewal following a previous consultation and whose health is stable. Dr Olīvija Caune will review your current treatment, ensure that no changes are required, and issue e-prescriptions, which will automatically be sent to your profile on the e-health system.

Important:

  • The service is available for regular patients only, for whom medication has already been prescribed;
  • It is not possible to introduce new medicines under this procedure – this requires a full consultation;
  • If you have any new symptoms or concerns, or if you would like to change your treatment, please book a standard consultation;
  • An e-prescription is issued for 3 months or until the next scheduled appointment.

To use this service, please contact the practice by emailing dr.olivija.caune@gmail.com or calling +371 6775 2254. Please provide your first name, surname, personal identification number and the medicines you require. The e-prescription will be issued within 1–2 working days. The cost of the service is 15 EUR.
