Yes! If you are travelling to a medical facility in Jurmala - including Jūrmala Hospital, where Dr Caunes' practice is located - you can get free day pass for entry to the Jūrmala special regime zone.
How to get a free pass:
- Apply for a day pass before your journey on the portal epakalpojumi.jurmala.lv (by logging in with latvija.gov.lv).
- The pass application is approved after the health authority approves the visit.
- A pass can also be applied for by a relative of the person taking the patient to the appointment.
Important:
- The application must be submitted before entry Jurmala.
- The pass cannot be purchased in cash machines - only electronically or by card.
- Fee for entry without a pass - 50 EUR fine.
