Thyroid gland:
- TSH (thyrotropic hormone)
- T4 free and total
- T3
- TPO antibodies (autoimmune for the diagnosis of thyroiditis)
- TG antibodies
- Calcitonin
Diabetes:
- Fasting blood glucose
- HbA1c (average glucose level over 3 months)
- OGTT (glucose tolerance test)
- Insulin, C-peptide
Mineral metabolism:
- Calcium, phosphorus
- Vitamin D (25-OH)
- PTH (parathyroid hormone)
Hormones:
- Sex hormones (testosterone, oestrogen, progesterone)
- Cortisol
- Prolactin
